TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants for roles across various primary and secondary schools. We're seeking individuals who have already gained at least 6 months of experience working in education and are ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working one-on-one and in small groups to support student learning
* Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
* Contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience working in an educational setting (essential)
* A proactive, flexible approach to supporting students and teachers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive
