Our client, a professional and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis through to Christmas. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the finance department in ensuring accurate order and payment processing.

Job type: Temporary (to Christmas)
Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Salary: £12 – £14 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Manage the accounts receivables inbox, responding promptly and professionally to queries.
Handle customer copy requests, including invoices and statements, as required.
Accurately post and allocate customer payments in the system on a daily basis.
Communicate with customers regarding payment issues, outstanding invoices, and account-related queries.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
