SEN Teaching Assistant Needed!

Daily Pay Rate: £100 - £130 (dependant on experience)
Location: Wigan, M46
Contract: Full time, Temporary
We have an exciting opportunity coming up for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive, welcoming and easily accessible school just off the A577 in Atherton with “A positive reputation for embracing and celebrating every kind of achievement.”
This primary school is part of a wider group of schools under the leadership of the Education Partnership Trust who “have a vision to create outstanding schools which transform learning, lives and communities”.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a Child Workforce DBS on the update service.
* Have previous experience and confidence working with children who have SEND.
* Have a UK address and the legal right to work in the UK.
* Experience managing challenging behaviours, adapting approaches to individual behaviour support.
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions as well as experience working with a range of complex needs.
