What Youll Be Doing
* Proactively identifying and securing new commercial clients in Yorkshire and beyond
* Building strong, consultative relationships with business owners and decision-makers
* Working closely with our expert broking team to deliver tailored, competitive insurance solutions
* Leading conversations with confidence and market insight, acting as a trusted advisor
What Were Looking For
* A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
* Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
* A growth mindset someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
* CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
