This role is responsible for developing and implementing learning initiatives, supporting clinical governance, and driving continuous improvement across the service. You will play a key role in ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding care to our residents. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver education programs aligned with adult learning principles Support staff development, including tailored programs for NESB and low-literacy learners Promote and monitor quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation requirements Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of learning and safety About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles in teaching and program development Experience developing and delivering education programs for NESB and low-level literacy students Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values Highly developed relationship-building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards Experience delivering learning outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards Why Join Us At BaptistCare, we value our employees and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
