Location & Hours
Location: Lewisham - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.
Hours: 40 hours per week - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As a Premises Officer, you will be at the heart of ensuring our school environments are safe, well-maintained, and inviting. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting proactive inspections and quality checks to uphold high safety and functionality standards.
* Performing minor repairs and coordinating with external contractors for more complex maintenance tasks.
* Ensuring building security through regular patrols and monitoring access points.
* Supporting school activities with furniture arrangements, equipment setups, and general porterage duties.
* Responding swiftly to facilities emergencies and implementing necessary safety measures.
