Key Responsibilities:
* Perform assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
* Follow work instructions to assemble parts.
* Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities.
* Assist in fixing machinery as needed.
* Change machine settings as required for production.
Requirements:
* Experience as a machine minder/setter is essential.
* Previous experience in assembly or production preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
