We are looking for passionate and skilled Bartenders who can craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding guest experiences, and bring energy and creativity to our bar team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages to guests, ensuring consistency and presentation meet brand standards. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience. Have a deep understanding of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers, and confidently make recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist in creating new cocktail menus, experimenting with flavors and techniques to enhance the bar’s offering. Work closely with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and communicate supply needs to management. Follow licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Support bar openings and closings, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist, preferably in a high-end cocktail bar or luxury hotel. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and POS systems. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
