Senior Administrator – Marjorie House
Location: Marjorie House, Crichel Mount Road, BH14 9EW
Pay: £13.26 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternative weekends

Responsibilities
* Supervision of a small admin team
* First point of contact reception duties – dealing with calls, visitors, family members and external medical professionals
* Dealing with external suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries and invoices/statements
* Providing invoices for payment to the Head Office finance team
* Processing monthly in‑house payroll
* Supporting the Home Manager with recruitment admin – ensuring correct candidate documents are obtained, references are sought and DBS checks are submitted
Qualifications
* Current experience in an administration role
* Computer literate, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Well organised and able to prioritise
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
