We are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Food Production Operative (bakery) for our well-established client based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Main Duties include supporting bread and rolls production, slicing, stacking, packing, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Role Details:
* Full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
* Shifts rotate across all three shifts:
* AM shift: 6am to 2pm, Monday to Saturday
* PM shift: 2pm to 10pm, Sunday to Friday
* Nights: 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Friday
Each shift lasts 8 hours with a 20-minute unpaid break.
Key Responsibilities:
* Baking a variety of Polish bread and confectionery items.
* Assisting on the production line and operating machines like slicers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a baker or in a food production environment (overseas experience is welcomed).
* Ability to perform heavy lifting.
You will be required to work 5 to 6 days per week, totaling 40 hours/week.
This is ongoing, full-time work.
Rate: £12.21/hour
