Estimator & Account Manager – CNC Machining Ready to move off the shop floor and into a client-facing, commercially rewarding role? What You'll Be Doing As an Estimator & Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a significant portion of our order book. You'll be responsible for: Preparing accurate, commercially sound quotes based on customer drawings and specifications Advising clients on manufacturability, design tweaks, and production efficiency Building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and mutual success Supporting onboarding of new clients and contributing to continuous improvement across the team Balancing technical insight with commercial awareness to minimise risk and maximise value This is a hybrid role—part technical, part relationship-driven—perfect for someone who's ready to step away from the machine and into a broader business role.
