This is a new post where you will be able to make a real difference to the Army Apprenticeship Programme. You will ensure that the quality of delivery of the Apprenticeship End Point Assessment service, delivered to apprentices within the Infantry, is of the correct standard, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure that soldiers are being provided with the best service possible. 1. Conduct apprenticeship delivery, gateway and EPAO monitoring and assurance activities (inc. visits) across allocated Inf Units and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with government policy and to drive high quality assessment standards. 2. Work with HQ Inf, Units and Service providers to oversee the scheduling of Gateway and EPAs (End Point Assessments) for both the learners and assessors, using best practice MIS to ensure timely completion of EPAs. 3. Monitor the number of Apprentices who are past their planned end date (PPED) and work with units to reduce this to within target levels, including being prepared to deliver EPAs to model best practice and increase throughput. 4. Collate the reasons for planned EPAs not taking place, identifying and reporting patterns and recommending interventions to reduce this. 5. Maintain Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) sampling plans for HMFSP EPAs in line with wider Defence policies. 6. Provide EPA directed reports and feedback for and from all Units to HQ Inf and the AAP Leadership Team for the purpose of standardisation and moderation, including the development and maintenance of assessments. 7. Identify procedures for continuous improvement, evaluation of training, audit and inspection. Develop, deliver and assure apprenticeship associated briefings, training, coaching and development for the purpose of standardisation and moderation. 8. Conduct other tasks as directed by the AAP SO2 EPAO, deputising for them when required.
