About the Role As a Hire Desk Controller, youll be at the heart of the depot, coordinating the entire hire process from start to finish. This role is all about communication, teamwork and making sure customers have everything they need, exactly when they need it. On a typical day, youll: Manage customer enquiries and orders with warmth and professionalism Build strong relationships with customers, drivers, engineers and colleagues across the depot Liaise with stock teams to ensure equipment is available and ready to go Coordinate timely deliveries and collections with minimal delays Provide a smooth, friendly and efficient service throughout the whole hire journey Play a vital role in achieving high customer satisfaction levels Support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same and where your contribution makes a real difference.
