We're currently seeking a Build Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact telecommunications projects across our client base.
Responsibilities
* As a Build Manager at Mitie Telecoms, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all site work is executed efficiently and in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
* You'll be responsible for driving project progress, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the Senior Project Manager when necessary.
* Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors to manage installation dependencies such as site access, materials, and permits, while also tracking and reporting key performance indicators and service level agreements to both Project Managers and clients.
* In addition to overseeing site delivery and providing daily client updates, you'll represent client interests with professionalism and ensure all handover documentation meets customer specifications.
* You'll manage and mentor a Project Coordinator, monitor project finances using Sitetracker to meet profit and loss targets, and support the creation of Health & Safety documentation to ensure field teams operate safely.
* Keeping internal and client data systems up to date will also be a key part of your role, contributing to the overall success and smooth delivery of telecoms projects.

* Proven experience in project delivery within the Mobile Telecoms industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Health & Safety.
* Excellent people management skills - able to lead, motivate, and delegate effectively.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
