A highly regarded Top 100 firm in Birmingham is looking to recruit a talented Construction Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their respected team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). The Opportunity You’ll be providing effective legal support to a variety of clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, with a focus on delivering commercially sound, cost-effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Drafting and advising on construction contracts and ancillary documents Offering practical legal solutions to complex construction law issues Supporting other practice areas, including the professional indemnity team Getting involved in business development – e.g. writing blogs, running seminars or workshops, and representing the firm at networking events Playing an active role in your personal and professional development through tailored responsibilities Who We’re Looking For You’ll be someone who enjoys working closely with clients and building strong commercial relationships, and ideally will bring: Experience in non-contentious construction law Strong technical and commercial awareness The ability to deliver clear, commercially relevant advice under pressure Excellent time management and organisational skills An interest in business development and marketing initiatives A collaborative, proactive approach with a desire to support other teams where needed Why Join?
