The company is restoring a wetland habitat, re-using material generated from in-house dredging operations on the Thames, and major infrastructure projects. The main site activity utilises the company’s own wharf to unload and transport materials from barges and managing the disposal of those materials once onsite. The jetty facility is an approved port allowing ships to be loaded/unloaded with bulk waste cargoes. In addition to this, planning has been approved for a Soil-Washing Facility. The company is looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to strengthen its existing site-based team to deliver the operational and statutory requirements of the site.
