Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting visitors and handling incoming/outgoing post
Filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
Assisting with general office duties and errands
Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed
Maintaining a clean and organised office environment
Skills & Experience:
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional, friendly manner and team-focused attitude
