Project Administrator | Hybrid (Reading or Central London)
My client is looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a leading security systems provider. You'll support the Project Department with documentation, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.
What you'll do:
Support Project Managers with coordination, planning, and documentation.
Compile technical submittals, O&M manuals, and handover packs.
Manage project documentation and maintain consistent records.
Liaise with procurement and finance teams to support equipment orders and invoicing.
What we're looking for:
Strong admin and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Experience in a project, engineering, or construction environment preferred - but not essential.
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work across teams.
Hybrid working - mix of home and office (Reading or Central London).
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
