At Home Instead, we give you the time to care properly. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so you can focus on what matters, helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
You’ll support older adults with things like:
1. Personal care and mobility
2. Preparing meals or a comforting cuppa
3. Light household tasks to keep their home safe
4. Sharing conversation, stories and companionship
5. Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (full training provided)
No previous care experience? No problem, we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
14. Right to work in the UK
15. Full driving licence & access to a car
16. Clear English and good communication skills
