About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Car Sales Executive
to join our successful Car Supermarket in Watford, home to over 1,500 vehicles in group stock.
This is a fantastic opportunity with
uncapped earning potential. With a competitive basic salary and a realistic first-year Basic + OTE of
£125,000, your success is truly in your hands.
What Youll Be Doing
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and matching them with the right vehicle from our extensive stock.
Promoting and explaining additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories, and service plans.
Preparing detailed quotations and costings to support purchase decisions.
Negotiating sales terms, including part exchanges, and closing deals effectively.
Handling aftersales enquiries with a customer-first approach.
Supporting the wider business with administrative and operational tasks as required.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive Sales
OR
proven sales success in a customer-focused role (training provided for industry switchers).
A genuine passion for sales and customer service.
Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
Full UK Driving Licence (required).
The Package
Salary:
Up to £20,000 basic (DOE) +
uncapped commission
(OTE £125,000+).
Job Type:
Full-time.
Pay Range:
£30,000
£125,000 per year.
