An established and highly respected Essex law firm is looking to welcome a Contentious Probate Solicitor to their Dispute Resolution team. About the Role
You’ll work closely with experienced litigators handling a wide range of Contentious Trust and Probate matters. The work is stimulating and varied - including capacity and undue influence claims, trust disputes, construction claims, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
The role would suit someone with around 4–5 years’ PQE, but we’d also love to speak with talented solicitors or legal executives with 2+ years’ experience who have a good grounding in contentious probate and are ready to take that next step. Your experience level might be much in excess of this too, and that is also welcomed.
You might have broad litigation experience, and be looking to specialise in contentious probate, or you might already be specialised, either can be supported in this role.

Who We’re Looking For
* A Solicitor or CILEX ideally with 4–5 years’ or more PQE, though 2+ years’ will be considered

* A lawyer who values quality, integrity, and a sense of humour
