NursLink Homecare is recruiting a Community Support Worker in Bridgwater to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who requires support accessing the local community. This role is perfect for someone interested in providing support and promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion for our client.
Key Responsibilities
* Support a gentleman to access the community and activities
* Encourage independence and confidence
* Provide safe, person-centred care and companionship
Requirements
* Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
* Must hold a British or European passport (due to potential overseas travel)
* Reliable, professional, and compassionate
* Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential (training provided)
