We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to manage our in-house Enforcement Agent team, helping to recover unpaid council tax, business rates, parking fines, and other debts — all while delivering excellent customer service. This dynamic and rewarding role offers hands-on experience in: Leading a team of Revenues Officers and overseeing their performance and development Managing budgets and ensuring income targets are met Applying legislation and policy to ensure lawful, effective and sensitive debt recovery Ensuring processes are up to date, inclusive and lawful Supporting vulnerable residents through appropriate signposting and discretion Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve service standards You’ll bring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities.
