About the Role
Medik8 is a leading skincare company dedicated to high-quality, results-driven products backed by scientific research and innovation. With a global presence, we are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s success within the EMEA & ROW region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
* Create marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that effectively communicate Medik8’s brand value to trade partners.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific marketing plans and promotion activities for EMEA & ROW distributors.
* Monitor and maximise ROI for every project and campaign.
* Plan and execute events across the region and channels in collaboration with Global Education.
* Advising distributors on the execution of global brand strategies and partner-specific marketing programs.
* Work closely with the D2C department to enhance customer loyalty and support customer acquisition.
* Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimise future results.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or related experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
* Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns within distributor business model.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships.
* Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
* Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
