As a Multi Trade Technician, you will play a vital role in our success by taking on a diverse range of tasks across multiple trades. Your expertise will ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard within set timeframes.
Use your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome everyday challenges in both tenanted and vacant properties.
Our maintenance department is key to our operations, and we are looking for individuals who are well-organised, strong communicators, and masterful at managing their time.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct repairs, maintenance, and installations in tenanted properties.
* Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete jobs effectively.
* Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* 3 years experience in the residential repairs sector
* Be a strong team player with a good work ethic
* Have the ability to prioritise tasks and excel under pressure.
* A commitment to high standards and keen attention to detail.
