Are you passionate about driving commercial performance through data and insight? Join our central team as Revenue Manager and play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, maximising revenue, and supporting our parks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is responsible for leading the revenue management function across our holiday parks. You'll develop and implement pricing strategies, manage revenue systems, and collaborate with park teams to optimise performance. You'll be a key contributor to our commercial success and future growth.

What will you do?
* Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across all parks
* Manage and optimise revenue management systems and tools, including rate loading and distribution across booking channels
* Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all revenue systems
* Collaborate with park teams to ensure alignment on pricing and inventory management
* Train and support park teams in the use of revenue systems and processes
* Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve revenue outcomes
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing decisions
* Work closely with the marketing team to align pricing with promotional activity
* Communicate revenue performance and strategies effectively across the organisation
* Champion a data-driven culture and continuous improvement in revenue management
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and whose enthusiasm for supporting the business to grow through solid practises is evident. In particular:
* Experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analysis
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Experience with revenue management systems is desirable
* A proactive and commercially minded approach
