We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide essential technical and administrative support to the site technical team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of systems, data, reporting and client communications.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate information flows and supporting effective decision making through high-quality analysis and documentation.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can act as a key interface between ISS, the Client and SPV technical leads.
The position requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to data management, and the ability to interpret technical information while maintaining clear and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and technical support to the site technical team.
* Use Concept to allocate, update and report on work orders.
* Manage and support the asset intelligence team with PPM and reactive audit data.
* Validate data across FM and Technical teams to ensure accuracy.
* Produce reports, dashboards and evidence packs to support decision making.
* Analyse maintenance information and interpret technical data.
* Respond to client queries via email and through Concept.
* Prepare documents, presentations and governance materials.
* Document processes and support compliance requirements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience with Concept CAFM preferred.
* Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and reporting.
* Fast learner, self-motivated and highly organized.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple data sources.
* Healthcare experience beneficial but not required.
