Details
* Job Title – Senior Mechanical Engineer
* Location – Bristol 2/3 days a week
* Contract Length – 12 Months
* Pay Rates – Up to GBP60.00 an hour (Inside IR35)
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to the team for you specialist area and ensure you are working to deadlines effectively
* Make engineering decisions from a project and technical stand point
* Act as the technical authority or lead mechanical engineer when required to do so.
* Ensure all change are assessed and managed accordingly to project scope
* Ensure the procedures and engineering codes are consistently met and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Produce and review all technical documents and approve calculations, analysis, drawings and models for design documents and technical reports.
Qualifications
* An engineering degree in a relevant field
* Experience in working in heavily regulated sites with multiple discipline teams
* Demonstrated experiences in covering a wide range of tasks across a range of complexities
* Experience in managing an engineering scope
* Chartered status preferred (DESIRED)
