Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site progress, conduct site inspections, and monitor site works and DfMA/pre-fab installations.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and internal parties to ensure site works are performed smoothly, safely, and meet quality standards.
* Coordinate work sequences and interfacing details between building services installations and builder's requirements.
* Prepare work records and report daily site progress, technical submissions, and applications for permits.
* Provide daily site quality observation reports and follow up on rectifications.
* Night shift work may be required when necessary.

Qualifications:
* Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in building services coordination or installation for large-scale projects, preferably in railway projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
* Candidates with additional experience, supervisory roles, or higher qualifications may be considered for the Senior Site Engineer position.
* Immediate availability is preferred.
