The Supporter Care team is responsible for providing the highest level of customer care to all those who support St Peter’s Hospice. As Supporter Care Coordinator, you’ll hold excellent supporter experience at the core of everything you do. You’ll work with fundraisers across the team as well as key internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience for St Peter’s Hospice supporters. If so, we would love to hear from you. We are recruiting for a Supporter Care Coordinator who understands the importance of nurturing supporter relationships by providing exceptional stewardship. This is a vital role that supports colleagues across the organisation and requires someone with a great can-do attitude, who is organised and has excellent prioritisation skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team established to provide excellent supporter care and stewardship for our supporters. Key responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for existing and new supporters who respond to our fundraising activities, delivering outstanding supporter care. Donor communication and stewardship – send regular, planned cultivation and stewardship communications to supporters as part of the donor journey process. Donor acknowledgement and appreciation - to administer and distribute thank you letters, ensuring they are tailored, relevant and timely. As well as making appreciation phone calls to select supporters. Be a proficient user of our fundraising database, accurately recording donor communication. Assist in coordinating donor recognition activities and events and supporting on event logistics. Manage collection tins across local businesses by coordinating deliveries and collections with a team of volunteers. Provide administrative support to Fundraising senior management team and take on ad-hoc projects as and when required.
