Eden Brown Synergy is working with a large organisation in Norwich to recruit multiple inbound Call Handlers for their busy team.
Location: Norwich City Centre
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. On-site during training; hybrid (office & home) after training.
Duration: Initially 3 months
Pay rate: £13.80 PAYE per hour + holiday pay
Parking: Available with prior booking; good public transport links.
Interview: Group interviews scheduled for Monday 1st September and Wednesday 3rd September at the Norwich office.
Start Date: Monday 29th September
The roles include:
* Managing calls similar to a switchboard, directing calls to relevant departments to improve customer experience and reduce system bounce and call demand.
* Handling approximately 100 calls per day, each lasting around 2 minutes, understanding customer needs, and directing them appropriately.
* Using a set of questions (tool) to route calls, which is currently being developed.
* Demand capture for call data analysis.
* Excellent communication, customer service skills, empathy, and system utilization abilities are required.
* No data protection questions at this stage; verification will be done by the end team.
* Initial training duration: 1 week.
