As well as a team of architects and urban designers, the practice is supported by specialist resources including environmental analysis, parametric modelling, BIM, visualisation and model making.
We are looking for experienced ARB registered Part3 Architects with experience across stages 4-5 to join our energetic studio in Farringdon.
The successful candidate needs to demonstrate robust technical understanding and experience of key architectural packages development at stage 4 and 5 and would have excellent design and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The candidate must demonstrate in depth knowledge of details developed in accordance with building regulations, compliance with British standards and the ability to liaise with contractors and subcontractors alike while the works are progressing on site. The candidate should have sufficient experience to independently navigate scope of works and responsibilities of the architectural profession under novation, strategic thinking and administrative knowledge of architectural role covering the specific ability to address questions covering contractual obligations.
Revit skills would be advantageous.
