Are you a commercially driven Regional Account Manager who knows how to grow revenue through strong relationships and smart business development?
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Account Management professional to manage and grow regional and strategic accounts across London and the South East, driving retention while identifying and converting new revenue opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
• Growing revenue through structured retention and sales plans
• Building strong, trusted client relationships
• Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Owning account performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
• Acting as the main escalation point for client issues
• Leading client meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions
• Supporting contract reviews, pricing conversations, and future planning
• Generating new business through proactive outreach
• Preparing proposals and managing opportunities via CRM
• Working closely with internal sales and account teams
About you
• Proven experience in account management or business development
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of hitting targets
• Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable using CRM systems and commercial reporting
• Self-motivated, professional, and relationship-focused
