Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a full range of commercial conveyancing work, primarily landlord and tenant matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
* Manage the sale and purchase of land, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
* Provide legal advice on property transactions and tenancy agreements.
* Potential involvement in residential conveyancing, excluding Right to Buy (RTB) cases.
