Responsibilities
* As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the frontline of our operations, responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, upselling products and promotions, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service at all times. Your role will involve communication via phone and email, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and supporting the wider team in achieving company targets.
* To give a positive and memorable customer experience to all on incoming/outgoing telephone call traffic with a positive "can do" attitude with a confident telephone manner
* Take regular orders and communicate with customers in relation to any delays and shortages
* Build a good rapport with sales team.
* Fulfil Customer requirements.
* General office duties (photocopying, ensuring tidiness of office, updating contact lists)
* Help screen incoming calls and take accurate messages.
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with office administration
* Greet visitors and ensure site visitor process is followed
* Upsell products, promotions and take regular orders.
* Process delivery paperwork.
* To ensure that Service Customer Complaints and issues related to Food Safety, Quality, Legality, and Integrity are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Respond to customer communications via email as well as telephone
