Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant Architectural Technology degree through to candidates with around three years’ industry experience.

Daily Duties
11. Producing technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
12. Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
13. Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
14. Working collaboratively with architects, landscape architects, ecologists, and other in-house specialists
15. Using Vectorworks to prepare high-quality technical designs
16. Coordinating technical information with consultants and contractors
17. Assisting with site visits and project meetings
18. Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
19. Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
20. Open to graduates through to candidates with circa three years’ experience
21. Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous but not essential
22. Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities
23. Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
24. Excellent communication and organisational skills
25. Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
26. Passion for sustainable and high-quality design
