Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Tax Director in Cirencester to lead a portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. This role involves strategic tax advisory, personal tax compliance, and team leadership, handling complex personal, trust, and estate planning matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead personal tax planning, including Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts, residence, and domicile planning
* Advise high net worth clients and family offices on wealth and succession strategies
* Manage and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and reviewing their work
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships
* Provide specialist advice to landowners, rural businesses, and family estates
About You
* Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with significant personal tax experience
* Strong track record managing high net worth and family office clients
* Commercially minded, proactive, and able to grow your own client portfolio
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK personal and international tax legislation
