Patient Services Administrator - Long Term Conditions
Providing a competent administrative service to varying specialties.
Main duties of the job
Providing a comprehensive administrative service to a variety of Specialties. The post holder will need to ensure the efficient delivery of the administration tasks.
The postholder will be required to support Consultants, Administration and wider clerical teams within the services covered to provide a high quality experience for patients.

Essential criteria
1. Good standard of education - GCSE English or equivalent
2. Good standard of education - GCSE Maths or equivalent
3. Recognised computer literacy course or equivalent
4. Good verbal and written communication
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines and take on new processes
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations

7. PA/Secretarial qualification or experience
