Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (known as Strikers to Red Bull) to join our team based across the UK.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PERFORMANCE
* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.
* Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle.
* Deliver world-class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders.
* Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
* Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory.
* Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays.
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in-store activations.
* Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS).
COMPLIANCE
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief, and complete interventions where necessary to maintain compliance.
* Ensure compliance of product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayed.
* Ensure correct execution of all new product launches.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of key promotional activity.
DATA RECORDING AND REPORTING
* Ensure all response data is recorded accurately.
* Take high-quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions.
INSIGHT
* Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence and competitor activity.
* Provide feedback on any changes to retailer in-store procedures/systems.
* Keep abreast of trends, news, and information concerning your working channel.
TECHNICAL
* Analyse, understand, and utilise intervention data to drive actions.
* Utilise sales data, case studies, and other material to pre-sell upcoming activity and gain incremental stock orders and displays.
ADMINISTRATION
* Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing process.
* Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities.
* Attend monthly team meetings.
Experience
Your knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is preferred. We will consider motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.
* Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and the drive to succeed.
* Comfort working autonomously in a field-based environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven selling skills and commercial acumen, self-motivated, determined, and target-driven.
* We value experience over formal education.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Travel 90-100%.
