As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement and post-placement support
* Identify new business opportunities through networking, market mapping, referrals, and outbound sales activity
* Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice
* Source, engage, and qualify high-calibre professionals within our specialist market
* Manage candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
* Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
* Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
* Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
* Represent Henderson Drake professionally across industry events, networking activities, and online platforms
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or specialist staffing
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets
* Experience recruiting in the EPM market is desirable but not essential
* Strong business development and client management experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
* Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially focused
* Experience working in a candidate-short market or specialist niche sector
