We are seeking a warm and efficient Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive front office team. This is a busy and varied role that requires someone who happily thrives in a dynamic environment - greeting visitors, handling enquiries and supporting key administrative functions.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support.
Job requirements
1. Proactive and flexible approach
2. Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
3. Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
4. A high level of verbal and written communication standards
5. Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
