Public Cleaner / Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
You take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. By cleaning our public areas, you will create a pleasant atmosphere in your Motel One, including:
* Upholding and implementing our Motel One cleaning standards
* Performing various tasks in communal areas and assisting Housekeeping staff, especially with linen
* Professionally and productively working with external cleaning contractors
* Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Occasionally support the team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, duties including:
* Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department
* Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
* Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
* Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping
* Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams

Qualifications
