No teaching experience? No problem full training and support will be provided.

The Role
Based at a modern training centre in Hull, youll deliver practical and classroom-based training to engineering apprentices and industry learners.
Youll be helping develop real-world skills, ensuring learners are confident, competent, and ready to succeed in industry.
There will also be occasional travel to other sites and employer locations across the Humber region.
What Youll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality mechanical training to apprentices and learners
Supporting practical learning across workshop environments
Teaching key engineering principles and safe working practices
Guiding learners through their development and progression
Ensuring training meets industry standards and requirements
Supporting assessments and learner reviews
Maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment
What Were Looking For
Background in mechanical engineering (maintenance, manufacturing or similar)
Experience with:
Planned and reactive maintenance
Lathe and milling machine operation
Safe use of hand tools
Hydraulics and/or pneumatics
Health & safety practices
Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic IT/computer skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable (not essential):
Process industry experience
CAD knowledge
Teaching or assessor qualifications
