Job Overview
A leading animal feed company is seeking a Graduate Technical Support Manager. This is a progressive graduate role offering hands‑on experience in all aspects of feed production, supply and site operations. The successful candidate will learn the technical and operational processes required to progress towards site management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all aspects of blend site operations, including raw material intake, storage and logistics
* Assist with feed order creation and formulation tailored to customer requirements
* Gain practical experience in feed production processes and site management
* Work closely with technical and operations teams to understand the full supply chain
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
* Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and industry best practice

Candidate
* Graduate in Animal Nutrition, Animal Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Interest or experience in animal feed formulation, blends, or livestock nutrition highly desirable
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
* Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility

* Salary £30,000 DOE
