Coyle Personnel, one of the UK’s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking a Foot Mobile engineer to work for a mobile delivery service provider based in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing maintenance services across various sites in the area.
Role Summary:
As a Foot Mobile Engineer / Semi Static Engineer you will be responsible for performing PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC assets, maintaining site compliance records, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to required standards, and completing first-fix repairs.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure that activities proceed in a safe manner compliant with Statutory Regulation, CDM, Good Practice, etc by compiling procedures, monitoring standards and maintaining records.
2. Participate in the on-call system as required.
3. PPM maintenance (SFG 20).
4. Carry out daily inspections.
5. Carry out reactive repairs
6. Provide assistance to the contract Supervisor / contract manager
7. Oversee the Monitoring of the building M/E facilities
8. Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance.
9. Other engineering and facilities tasks as requested by the customer through the helpdesk
10. Basic fabric tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
11. 5 Years experience in a similar field.
12. Extensive knowledge of the techniques of Building Services, Repairs and Maintenance.
13. Communication and IT skills.
14. Recognised City and Guilds Electrical qualifications.
