The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of projects from tender through to completion, including:
* Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
* Managing budgets, cost control, and contract administration
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Monitoring and authorising subcontractor payments
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Supporting business development and company growth initiatives
The Candidate
We're looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction industry
