Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
* Working as part of a team in fast-paced kitchens
* Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed
* Supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
* Adapting to different kitchen environments and menus
· Overseeing the kitchen team
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous chef or cook experience in a commercial kitchen (essential)
* Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
* Ability to hit the ground running in new environments
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Flexibility to work various shifts and locations
