Are global client are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an administrative, coordination-focused role supporting property compliance and safety requirements.The Role:
1. Booking Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
2. Arranging Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports
3. Coordinating Portable Appliance Testing
4. Liaising with tenants and contractors to schedule works
5. Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
Details:
6. Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
7. Hybrid working
8. Immediate start required
9. One-stage Teams interview
About You:
10. Strong administrative experience (property experience ideal)
11. Highly organised with excellent communication skills
12. Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
