The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing communication with existing and newly onboarded client accounts
* Building an understanding of client objectives, challenges and business priorities
* Coordinating account activity and ensuring clear, timely communication
* Identifying opportunities where additional services or support could add value
* Working closely with senior account managers and consultants
* Maintaining accurate and well-organised client records
This is a consultative role focused on relationship management, service quality and long-term commercial development.
Training and Development
* Structured onboarding and account management training

Salary and Benefits
* £30,000 base salary plus £10,000 OTE
* Performance-related bonus structure

Previous experience is not required.
