Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-focused individual with a background in logistics to take on a varied and rewarding role.
What's on offer?
Temporary to permanent role (permanent after 12 weeks)
4-day working week: Monday to Wednesday 6:30am to 5pm & Thursday 6:30am to 3pm
£13 per hour, paid weekly during temp period (then monthly once permanent)

Prepare and check products ready for delivery
Arrange and book transport with third-party carriers
Manage dispatches, returns, and delivery paperwork
Load and unload vehicles safely and accurately
Update systems with delivery and stock information
Pack and label goods for safe shipment
Support with local deliveries, collections, and general yard/stock duties
Assisting in the factory where requiredTo be successful in this in this Logistics Coordinator job, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
Previous logistics experience
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Safe loading and manual handling techniques
Route planning and vehicle selection knowledge
Good IT skills
